Amazing service !! I am from Sri lanka and was visiting singapore last week. One week before my visit I was looking for places to buy the new PS5 Pro. Even tho it was launched in singapore it was sold out everywhere. There were some private sellers and handful of shops on carousell listing the console for sale much higher than the retail price. Only place I could see selling it for the retail price (1069 SGD) was Shopitree.
So I called this shop from Sri lanka and asked if they have it in stock. The lady who answered my call Zuel said it is available and I explained her my situation. That I'm not in Singapore at the moment and I'm coming next week.
She asked whether to keep it reserved under my name. I said yes but was sceptical because this is a high demand product and keeping it reserved for a customer who is not even in Singapore yet was hard to believe. Later she asked for my passport info to prepare the GST claim back invoice and I started to believe I'm finally going to get this unit.
When I was finally in Singapore a week later, I was surprised to find the unit has been kept under my name, all the GST documentation has been prepared and it was ready to pickup !
Now I'm back in my country enjoying the new console and I'm so thankful to Ms Zuel and her colleague Layra who helped me secure this unit. Being a foreigner I could reserve this even before I visited Singapore with a phone call and Zuel was very supportive updating me with all the info through whatsapp.
I wanna thank you Zuel and Layra for an awesome customer care service. 10/10 ❤️

Went to Shopitree office at Bukit Batok to redeem my Nintendo Switch. Not easy location to get to but the service was great. The attending staff (think is Ms Layra) was friendly and her service attitude was impressive. As some others have mentioned, usually the experience with redemption centres are not that pleasant but this was different (not that they are a specialised redemption centre though). The staff patiently went through the redemption process, explained the warranty, and introduced their shop and promotions without being pushy at all. Backend staff (Zuel) who handled my email query was helpful and facilitative too. Overall a pleasant experience which makes me feel compelled to leave a positive review. Will consider getting games and other products here when need.

Last week went down to Shopitree office wanting to get a switch bundle, the lady Ms Zuel (hope I spell correctly) who attended to me were very friendly and helpful, she go through each item in the box one by one, explained warranty terms patiently, and explain how to setup the nintendo account, in order to excess the eshop. will go back if I need to buy more things

Walked into Shopitree to purchase a few games, was attended to by an extremely friendly and wonderful person. She answered all my questions diligently and explained everything in detail and was an pleasure to deal with. Will come back to support for sure!

Received excellent and exemplary customer service at the redemption counter .the two staffs patiently answered all my noob questions about the switch in details and the lady hands on show me how to set up and use the swtch and even wrote down some details for me in case i forget . The whole redeemption process was also explained very clearly to me by the lady so as to ensure that i miss nothing out.Indeed they serve with a heart and went beyond the miles .i am very impressed .Overall a very pleasant experience .

Bought a gaming controller as every other stockist in singapore is out of stock. I wanted it badly and asked if i could book a grabcourier to collect it after i ordered. Lady on the phone was extremely accomodating and acceded to my request, helping me to pack my controller to hand it over to the courier. overall top notch customer service and will be back to patronize in future. (and good lord they even have a foodpanda(????) store so you can order your games/consoles on the fly if you have a sudden impulse)

Came to redeem my free switch today. Usually my experience with redemption centres are that the people are aloof and unfriendly, and just want you to take your thing and go away. But for Shopitree, the gentlemen inside and the lady who attended to me were very warm, friendly and helpful. Instead of just asking me to sign a form and then just passing me the switch, she went thru each item in the box one by one, explained warranty terms patiently, and intro me some games without being pushy. It was a very pleasant experience and I ended up buying 2 games to go along with the switch. I will come again if I want to buy more games.

Preordered a PS5 and collected on launch date. Working fine so far. Staff there were very friendly and even leave a note and explained patiently to me what not to do for my new PS5 due to the PS5 launch issues. Highly recommended!

Came here last minute to buy a game I really wanted, could not find the game elsewhere as well, and I found the game on their Carousell,, the listing was $57.90 and when I walked in to the physical store, the price was $39.90, they just reduced the price recently, I am very happy because they don't upsell as well, they are patient and friendly.
