When will my order arrive?

Dispatch times may vary for each item even if they are ordered at the same time. If your purchase is a new game, it really depends on the availability of the launch date -- you can see the relevant info on product page. You'll get an email when your item has been dispatched so you can start enjoying playing!

Can I do self collection on same day of order?

Yes you can if you opted for self collection at Office located at 51, Bukit Batok Crescent, Unity Centre #05-17 Singapore 658077. Self collection at other locations will need at least one day to do the transfer. You will be notified by email when ready for collection.

Can I do day-one self collection on newly launch title?

Yes you can if you opted for self collection at designated collection point during pre-order. You order will be dispatched accordingly.

How will it be arranged if 1 order with current available and pre-order items?

         As long as everything in 1 order, it will be only 1 shipping service. There are few options of the order fulfillment arrangement as the following.      

         Option 1: Ship all items together after the pre-order item releases by local courier.

         Option 2: Mail out the current available item with normal mail (free postage). Please note that normal mail without tracking number and there will a risk of lost parcel issue.

         Option 3: Ship current available item with local courier first. For pre-order item to be arranged for self collection at GameMartz Bugis Junction / Plaza Singapura / Bukit Batok store or vice versa.
